Tejas Katwala is the Co-Founder and CEO of CLDigital, a pioneering software company focused on automating risk, compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management across enterprises.
At CLDigital, Tejas leads the development of innovative solutions that integrate governance, risk, & compliance (GRC); business process management; and data-centricity to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Under his leadership, CLDigital launched the CLDigital 360 platform, which embodies Tejas's vision of finding the critical connection points between risk, resilience, and operations, and using them to drive improved business performance.
This platform represents a significant leap forward in how businesses can manage and mitigate risks in a dynamic global environment. Previously, as CEO and Chief Technologist at Recovery Planner, Tejas pioneered the first cloud-based business continuity management solution that incorporated crisis management, establishing a new industry benchmark.
His early career as President of Westhill Technologies saw him develop the C|3 Platform, a groundbreaking collaborative system that enhanced connectivity for business communities. This system influenced major partnerships, such as linking John Hancock with its brokers and supporting Guinness UDV's initiatives with Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).
Tejas holds a bachelor's degree in computer and information science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
