She has 30+ years of deep executive experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance serving global Fortune 100 companies, regional banks, and tech companies.   

She held roles as a Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Audit Executive at Sterling Savings Bank and as the Head of Strategic Sourcing and Third-Party Risk, Business Resiliency, Information Security Governance and Operational Risk while at Wells Fargo.

She has successfully defended Compliance programs to the OCC, Federal Reserve and FDIC, and leveraged this experience to help shape GRC products for a leading GRC company.  Ms. Palm led both sales and customer success teams, earning recognition for exceeding goals and retaining customers.

Susan spent significant time in India with Wells Fargo leading offshore QA/Testing, and business transformation /strategy consulting for Cisco Systems. Her advisory work has spanned BFSI, Healthcare, Education and Technology firms.

She earned her B.A. in Economics from Lawrence University and graduated from the Stanford Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2005.
