When you have a DSAR, Redaction or Data Breach Forensic Risk Assessment requirement simply upload all files of interest into Smartbox.ai, including those containing handwritten and/or multilingual text. Smartbox.ai then automatically reads, catalogues, and validates the data to determine if it’s sensitive.
Review
Smartbox.ai then generates high-fidelity renditions of all information of interest and enables review and one-touch redaction of either a single asset, a discrete group of assets, or a complete global data set.
Disclosure
After the review process has been completed and the documents have been redacted, any disclosures can be shared externally via a secure link.
