Pratima joined Flagstar Bank (NYCB) in January, 2023 as Director of Governance and later expanded her responsibilities to lead Enterprise Compliance Strategy and Transformation team. Her expertise focuses on establishing and evolving risk and audit functions, transforming risk culture and remediating enterprise regulatory risk matters. 

Over the course of her 20+ years in Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit, Pratima has become known for her pragmatic problem solving and deep expertise in governance, risk management and internal controls. She is a transformational leader.
