At ITT, Mike oversees the day-to-day operations of the Ethics & Compliance program including safeguarding whistleblower channels, managing internal investigations, directing anti-corruption due diligence, and leading initiatives to drive integrity through the company culture.

Previously, Mike was a Director with Siemens AG in their Regulatory Compliance Department and Compliance Audit Practice where he led investigation teams in Europe and the Americas and directed the company’s annual Anti-Corruption Global Audit.

Prior to Siemens, Mike held various senior level compliance roles responsible for enhancing compliance and anti-corruption programs and supporting companies with remediations following regulatory investigations.

Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and began his career as a forensic accountant with PwC Forensics.
