Lindsay helps firms integrate Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks into their operations, balancing regulatory requirements with business objectives. She has experience managing SEC and NFA examinations, regulatory filings, advertising and marketing reviews, and compliance trainings. She also assists clients in coordinating with regulators, administrators, prime brokers, auditors, and legal counsel.

She has taken on the role of shadowing IQ-EQ's CEO in the Americas for the next year, gaining broader insight into the firm’s strategic initiatives and leadership decisions. She is also a member of CHIEF, a private network focused on supporting women in executive leadership.

Before joining IQ-EQ (formerly Greyline), Lindsay was Director of Compliance at ParkRiver Fund Solutions, LP. She previously supported the broker-dealer and investment adviser businesses at Loeb Partners Corporation/Loeb Capital Management and began her career at Lehman Brothers in the Corporate Counsel department.

Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Fordham University.
