In her recent role as Vice President of Compliance at FirstKey Homes, Elizabeth played a pivotal role in building a comprehensive compliance framework from inception. 

This included the establishment of a Code of Business Ethics, a sophisticated policy management system, and an efficient hotline case management system. Noteworthy achievements under her leadership include defining an Enterprise Risk Management program, conducting risk assessments across Strategic, Operational, Financial, and Legal areas, and successfully implementing the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program.During her tenure at Cox Enterprises, where she held progressive roles culminating in Director of Ethics & Compliance, Elizabeth showcased her expertise in aligning compliance programs with federal guidelines. 

She spearheaded critical initiatives, including the implementation of Consent Decrees to ensure legal compliance, overseeing the transformation of the Records & Information Management program, and leading the deployment of an Ethics Hotline for a substantial employee base. These achievements underscore her ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and drive organizational compliance effectively.

Elizabeth's multifaceted professional journey includes impactful roles at Ernst & Young, Global Payments Inc, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, reflecting her versatility and depth of expertise in ethics, compliance, and risk management. Her commitment to professional development is evident through a spectrum of certifications, including LPEC, CCEP, CIPP-US, CPA, CFE, and SHRM-CP. 

Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Elizabeth stands as a thought leader, contributing significantly to the compliance domain through speaking engagements, publications, and board appointments, such as her recent roles as Treasurer at the Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation and Board Member at the Georgia Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. 

Elizabeth is also the founder of the Central Florida Compliance Roundtable, a community of compliance professionals from the Tampa, Orlando, Sarasota, and Port Charlotte areas.
